Overview
What trenchless sewer repair actually means
Trenchless sewer repair rehabilitates damaged lateral and main lines through compact access points instead of long open trenches. For many West LA and South Bay properties with tight access, hardscape, landscaping, or shared parking, this can restore the line without large-scale demolition.
Every project starts with a CCTV sewer camera inspection so we can see the actual condition of the line: cracks, offsets, root intrusion, bellies, scale buildup, or full collapses. From there we recommend the least-invasive method that will hold up long-term, whether that is cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP), a spot repair, or in some cases pipe bursting.
We focus on sewer infrastructure for residential, multifamily, and commercial properties from Westchester and Playa del Rey down through Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
What's included
- Sewer camera inspection before and after every repair
- Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining for laterals and mains
- Spot repairs for localized cracks, offsets, or root intrusion
- Pipe bursting where full replacement is required
- Coordinated permitting and city sewer connection work when needed
- Detailed scope and pricing in writing before any work begins
How the work goes
Camera inspection & locate
We run a high-resolution sewer camera through the line to identify the failure point and depth, then mark the exact location on the surface.
Scope & options in writing
You get a written diagnosis with the trenchless options that actually apply to your line, the trade-offs of each, and clear pricing.
Hydro-jet clean & prep
Before lining or repairing, we clean the host pipe with hydro jetting so the new liner or repair bonds to a clean, debris-free interior.
Trenchless rehabilitation
We install the CIPP liner, perform the spot repair, or burst-and-replace the failed section through compact access points.
Post-repair camera verification
A second camera pass documents the restored line so you have video proof of what was done — useful for owners, HOAs, and real estate transactions.
Ideal for
- Single-family homes with mature landscaping or hardscape
- Apartment buildings and condos that cannot lose parking or access
- Commercial properties that need to stay open during the repair
- Real estate transactions where a sewer line needs to be cleared before closing
